Kenji Akabane (赤羽根 健治, Akabane Kenji, October 31, 1984) is a Japanese seiyū (voice actor) from Chiba prefecture, Japan. After graduating from Amusement Media General Academy, he became an affiliate member of Aoni Production. In 2009 he starred for the first time in the role of Kouji Kabuto in the anime Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact! He also played the role of the producer in the 2011 anime adaptation of the video game THE IDOLM@STER.
