She was one of the most important interpreters of Noel Rosa's work, and she recorded six of his compositions with her as a duo: "De Babado," "Cem Mil Réis," "Provei," "Quanos Beijos," "Você Vai Se Quiser," and "Quem Ri Melhor." In 1940, after the composer's death, she released her classic "Silêncio de Um Minuto."
