Willescroft played on Duran Duran's Red Carpet Massacre album, then performed on The Red Carpet Massacre Tour and The All You Need Is Now Tour. Other appearances with Duran Duran include the SkyArts Songbook show, broadcast in 2008. He is also associated with Candi Staton, Lulu and record producer Mark Ronson.
