Abdul Latief known as Adul is an Indonesian actor, comedian, voice actor and presenter. Adul first appeared on television when he got small roles in the musical sinetron 'Ratu Malu and Jendral Kancil'. After that, he was trusted to be a model for the music video for the music group Sheila On 7 entitled 'Pemuja Rahasia' together with actress Jessica Mila in 2004. His name became known to the public when he starred in the comedy program Ramadhan 'Saatnya Kita Sahur' which aired on Trans TV with comedians Komeng and Olga Syahputra. In 2011 when boy bands and girl groups were on the rise, Adul together with Andre Taulany, Sule, Nunung, Parto, Azis Gagap, and Opie Kumis made a parody of a boy band with the name SM#SH (which parodied SM*SH) through the song 'Cenat Cenut', which is a parody of SM*SH's song I Heart You. After that, Adul and his group changed their group name back to 7ikans (parodying 7icons) and released the recycled single Andeca Andeci by Oslan Husein and Warkop DKI.
