Recognized for his charismatic presence and versatility across numerous films and videos, he has maintained a successful career spanning over two decades. Aung Ye Lin was born in Yangon, Myanmar, on June 19, 1988. He is the younger of two siblings, with his older brother being actor Phyo Ye Lin. He received his foundational education in Yangon, attending Basic Education High School No. 2 Kamayut (St. Augustine) and later Basic Education High School No. 3 Dagon for his secondary and higher education. Aung Ye Lin entered the entertainment industry in 2005 when he joined renowned manager John Lwin's model training program, becoming a part of the John International Modeling Agency. He quickly established himself on the runway and in numerous commercials, which brought him to the attention of the film industry. In 2006, he began studying acting with the Snow White film production house. He made his feature film debut in 2010 with a leading role in the movie Yay Thu Ma (The Mermaid), directed by Kyi Phyu Shin. My Lovely Hate (2016) In this highly successful drama, he starred as Garmani. The film received multiple nominations at the 2016 Myanmar Academy Awards. He has starred in over 50 video and film productions, cementing his status as a leading man in Burmese cinema.
