Ayumi Takahashi (高橋 あゆみ, Takahashi Ayumi, born January 17, 1990) is an actress from Kanagawa Prefecture. Her hobbies are hula dancing and Tahitian dancing. In 2003, when she was in her second year of junior high school, she made her debut on NHK Educational TV's "3 Tsu no Tobira" (Three Doors). She appeared regularly on the program for three years. For a long time, she was affiliated with Nagara Management, but on July 31, 2020, she left the agency after 16 years of membership.
