He leave behind a widow Alissa and three children Jennifer, Tyler and Robert Ray Carraway Jr. a Brother Danny Carraway . He was preceded in death by his parents , the mother of his youngest son Annariv Kaye Carraway in 1983. His brothers Walter D Carraway Jr. , Jimmy Dale Carraway and one sister Bettie Carraway all of Texas .
