Frank Brian Fargo (born December 15, 1962) is a North American video game designer from California. His first work was Demon's Forge, an adventure game released in 1981. In 1983 he founded Interplay Entertainment, the company that created the Fallout franchise. In addition to Interplay, Fargo formed an on-line entertainment company with partner Softbank in 1996 and sat on the board of Virgin Europe after it was acquired by Interplay in 1998. Brian has served on the board of the IDSA and has given key speeches at the industries leading shows such as E3, Global Gaming Forum and the Computer Game Developers Conference. In 2002, Brian Fargo co-founded InXile Entertainment, of which he is currently the CEO.
