A Southern California native, Eric Marcel Jones grew up around the film industry. While working during his childhood at the family restaurant/catering company, he visited the sets of Night of the Demons, The Two Jakes, Lethal Weapon 3, and L.A. Confidential. It was love at first sight as he ended up working in the film industry for several studios, in myriad capacities. Eric took a break from production and went back to school, attaining his formal education (at Los Angeles Valley College & Cal State University Northridge) and now teaches what he loves: cinema & media arts. He still writes a script or two, every now and then.
