Gressy Cristina Aurora Merino Rodríguez (February 21, 2001), better known as Gressy Aurora, is a Peruvian art director and production designer. She studied at the Peruvian School of the Film Industry, graduating in 2023. From a young age, she was involved in theater and the visual arts. Her main cinematic influences include the films of Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Studio Ghibli and Yorgos Lanthimos. She has experience in art direction across various fields: music videos, film, advertising, and theater. In 2023, she made her directorial debut with her first short film, En tus medias ("In Your Socks"), a heartwarming story that promotes empathy and builds a generational bridge between an imaginative daughter and a methodical father. She frequently collaborates with Francisco Ríos Telles, a filmmaker specializing in fantasy.
