Kousuke Okano (岡野 浩介, Okano Kōsuke) is a Japanese voice actor. Formerly belonging to voice acting talent agency Production Baobab, he was freelance after leaving the agency. Between July 2015 and June 2018, he was affiliated with Still Wood Garden. Currently, he is affiliated with SSP since August 1, 2018. He has often worked for Japanese anime television network Animax as a narrator along with fellow voice actress Yukari Tamura. He uses the alias Masaru Hishi for his work on adult games and anime.
