Lance Heywood (born Rex Hickok) was a porn director and actor, commonly credited as Rex Cabo when directing. He died as a result of jumping from the 11th floor of the Cooper Arms high-rise on Ocean Blvd in Long Beach on April 28, 2005, landing on a parked police car, after being distraught and threatening suicide to his therapist. Police had been dispatched, but were unable to gain entry to his apartment before he jumped. Heywood primarily worked for Leisure Time Entertainment, and was known for discovering new talent, including early 90s superstar Savannah (Shannon Wilsey).
