He was the most prolific actor of Greek cinema (followed by Nasos Kedrakas and Giorgos Velentzas), as he acted in 195 films during the 25 years (1948-1973). He was the wife of Frosos Kokkola, also an actress and singer of folk songs. He died on 16 Sep 1978 in Seattle (United States of America) and was buried in Rafina on 19 Sep 1978.
