Liis Bender (since 1986 Liis Tooming; July 19, 1947 Punikvere – October 20, 2005 Tartu) was an Estonian actress. She graduated from Alatskivi Middle School in 1965 and from the Performing Arts Department of Tallinn State Conservatory in 1970. She worked at the Vanemuine theater since 1970.
