Mainak Bhaumik (born 15 January) is a Bengali film director and editor, whose directorial debut Aamra (2006) was a moderate success. After a gap of six years, he directed the 2012 film Bedroom, followed by Maach Mishti & More, Ami Aar Amar Girlfriends and Family Album. In 2014, he had written and directed the drama movie Take One. His 2017 directorial venture includes the comedy-drama Bibaho Diaries starring Ritwick Chakraborty, Sohini Sarkar and Biswanath Basu. His 2018 projects include Ghare & Baire, Crisscross and Generation Ami. His 2019 releases include Bhoot Chaturdashi and Bornoporichoy. His 2022 releases include Kuler Achaar.
