Mariel Molino, born Mariel Chantal, is a Mexican American actress. She grew up in San Diego, California. Both her parents are from Mexico City, she grew up speaking Spanish at home. She began performing in small plays at her school and at Coronado School of the Arts by age six. By that age, she was convinced she wanted to become an actor. Her career started in Mexico City through theatre, television and film. In Los Angeles, Mariel studied at Loyola Marymount University, Anthony Meindl Actor's Workshop and HB Studio in New York City.
