About Marika Kilius

Marika Kilius is a German former pairs skater who famously partnered with Hans-Jürgen Bäumler. With Bäumler she won two Olympic silver medals, two World championships, and six European championships. In 2011 she was inducted, along with Bäumler, into the German Hall of Fame of Sports. Following on from her skating career she became briefly a singer and then an actress.
