He has been married to Susan Burke since 2013. Peters was a production assistant on the Showtime series Weeds, before being cast for the role of Gayle in 2010. As a comedian, Peters has performed at venues and colleges all over the country. He was host of the long-running stand-up showcase Blam Blam Blam! based in Koreatown, Los Angeles for seven years.
