Sandrinna has a younger sister named Richelle Georgette Skornicki. Sandrinna made her acting debut by playing the role of Sandy in the soap opera Bintang untuk Baim, produced by Rapi Films. In 2015, Sandrinna began her career in film. She played the role of young Rachel in the movie This is Cinta. She rose to public prominence when she starred in the soap opera Dari Jendela SMP in 2020.
