He's also appeared in films including Zero Dark Thirty, The Other Woman, and Here and Now. In 2011, Kinney was featured in Lady Gaga's music video "Yoü and I". Soon after, he and Lady Gaga started dating and they became engaged in February 2015, but ended up calling off their engagement in July 2016.
