Tim Hardaway is an American basketball player who played in the NBA from 1989 to 2003. He played on the Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat for the majority of his playing career. After retiring from playing, he became the assistant coach of the Detroit Pistons from 2014 to 2018 and is currently an Amateur scout for the New York Knicks. He is the father of current NBA player Tim Hardaway Jr.
