Tor Fruergaard is a Danish film director and animator. He graduated from the National Film School of Denmark's animation program in 2010 with the claymation short Venus. In 2014, his animated short Vokseværk (Growing Pains), about a boy who transforms into a werewolf when sexually aroused, was selected for the short film competition at the Toronto Film Festival. Fruergaard also co-created the graphic novel Betsy and the Mutant Scouts, which won two Ping Prizes.
