Väino Luup (July 5, 1936 – February 4, 2022) was an Estonian puppeteer and director. He graduated from Tallinn High School in 1955. In the years 1956-1958 he worked as a driver and stage manager at the Puppet Theater, 1958-1973 as an actor, 1973-1992 as a sound engineer, 1992-1995 as a director and 1995-2001 as a senior engineer. He has played in the TV productions "Kessu and Tripp", "Tammetõru seiklused" and "Väike nõid".
