About Anele Onyekwere

Anele Onyekwere is a supervising music editor and score supervisor at Marvel Studios. He has worked in the music department on productions including La La Land (2016), Black Panther (2018), and Avengers: Endgame (2019). Onyekwere's work has also been recognised within industry awards. He served as Supervising Music Editor on the episode "Glorious Purpose" of the television series Loki (2021), a role recorded by the Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE) Golden Reel Awards nominees list. He won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Sound Editing for a Limited or Anthology Series, Movie or Special for Moon Knight (2022) for the episode "Gods and Monsters," shared with a team including Mac Smith, Vanessa Lapato, and others. He has also received several other Primetime Emmy nominations, including for What If...? (2021) and Loki (2021). In addition, he has earned multiple Golden Reel Award nominations, including for her work on Black Panther (2018) and other major Marvel projects.
