Critic Reviews for I'll Wait for the Next One...
For the most part this put a smile on my face. It's a story of a twenty-nine year old man (Thomas Gaudin) who gets on a Paris métro train and announces to his fellow passengers that he is looking for love. He's got a good job, is reasonable looking and is fed up of evenings in front of the telly (or the microwave!?) and is now looking for something sincere with a lady between 18 and 55! Despite being heckled by a fellow, married, passenger (Pascal Casanova) to be careful about what he wishes for, he hopes that maybe one lady will share his vision of true contentment. If she does - then she is to get off at the next station. Will anyone? Will he? He even discloses his wages in this really quite fun soul-baring exercise that leaves you wondering. Might anyone ever actually do this?
