that movie has the real story behind it, and I find it excellent. My grandma told me story about it, she was from Chile. Penumbra is the portal you could travel with only when moon shut the sun. Wwhen I saw that movie, I was a little bit scared. I'm not a movie criticist so I would tell that it's okay on every basis, but I cant be objective because of the story above.
